- A south facing terrace that overlooks the sea and leads directly to the living room, with seating for four people, a barbecue and sunblind
- A rooftop terrace with 4 sun loungers, umbrella and an outdoor shower. 
 
GARDEN: spacious, very well-kept garden with private pool and direct access to the beach
 
GENERAL: The apartment is ideal for 2-4 people, it is located on the second floor level and therefore is not wheelchair accessible, children are welcome, pets not allowed. The use of towels and linen is included in the price of final cleaning.
